Friday we drove to the campus of Michigan State University in East Lansing for the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals. Earlier in the week our aunt, uncle and two cousins--coaches and participants in the event--rented a truck and hauled scenery and props from Georgia to Michigan. Friday before an audience of fellow participants, judges and family, the team from Sumpter County Middle School, dressed as birds, fish and insects, performed a skit for the Return to the Gift of Flight Division II competition.
