It was brutally hot Wednesday afternoon--too hot even to take pictures. But my brothers were out baling hay, so I hauled my camera and my miserable, sweaty self out to the field for a few minutes.
Oh, my word...I cannot believe they were out baling hay in 90-plus temperatures. Those are some dedicated farmers! We hit 97 that day, and I was literally dizzy with the heat. I don't think I've ever quite reacted like that before. Am enjoying the respite of 60-ish this weekend!
Wow, it takes a dedicated photographer to document hot weather activities. I think the contrast of the top black and white photograph's old-time feel with the sunglasses is great!
