 I took the day off from work and Mom, Libby, Kathryn and I went to Clare to the Amish hardware, bulk food and ding-and-dent stores. We knew it was time to head home when it took a little maneuvering to close the trunk.

I inherited Grandpa's favorite chair, which I have now passed on to Brian to furnish his house.

Rough wood

 It's trendy to cover a wall with rough, weathered wood. I don't have to install anything to achieve that look, and we plan to cover the planks up with drywall. 

A room with a view

 I moved my files, books and personal items from my office, which was tucked away behind the reception area, to my new office, which is prime real-estate. I'm pretty excited about the new, larger, more-centrally located office. But, I'm especially excited about the window.
