Spinach, feta turkey and PJ
Amanda, Judith, Kaelyn, Janessa and Austin were my guests for dinner last week. The big girls had spinach and feta turkey burgers (recipe here) with pitas, cucumber, tomato, avocado and hummus, served with iced mint tea. The little girls had peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches and pink lemonade. Austin had a bottle. Then big and little girls polished off an entire strawberry pie. Delicious.
