Bear burger

Libby made burgers from bear meat that someone had given us. They were good. So good that the next day Dad discovered that Brian had swiped the leftovers for his lunch. 

Mulberry Cafe

Julie and I met up with our friend Lydia in Clare last Saturday, and we lunched at the Mulberry Cafe, which is part of the historic Herrick House. The atmosphere was charming and the mushroom soup inspired me to try making my own at home.
