In celebration of International Education Week, students from around the globe took over the cooking for Saginaw Valley State University's International Food Festival. Cuban music blared from a CD player and a Saudi Arabian flag adorned the buffet in SVSU's cafeteria during lunch on Tuesday. Faculty, students and guests sampled cuisine from fourteen different countries. Many of SVSU's 500 international students, who hail from thirty-five countries, participated in the annual event, which was expected to attract 2,000 diners.

ReplyDeleteI wanted to go but didn't. I'll bet it was fun and delicious. There are some foods I don't like though...
