Pancakes

Fluffy Pancakes

3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
Combine milk and vinegar. Let sit until milk sours (about five minutes).

Then, add:
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix. Then add:
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Grease griddle or electric frying pan and heat to 350˚F. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip pancake and continue to cook until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.
