My cousin's little girls will tell you that there are boys and girls who don't know about Jesus. My cousin and her husband will tell you that God has called them to tell some of those boys and girls, moms and dads about Jesus by translating the Bible into their language.
My cousin Carmen and her husband Jim were recently accepted as missionary recruits by Pioneer Bible Translators. They will spend the next months raising financial support before continuing training that will enable Jim to translate the Bible into the language of a people-group without a Bible.
Carmen asked me to photograph her family for their prayer card. My unexpected stay in southern Michigan provided us with the opportunity to head to the park for a photo shoot on Saturday morning.
That's exciting.
