We used a scale, set to grams, to sort rocks into groups of small (1 digit), medium (2 digits) and large (3 digits).

Class

 

I'm reluctant to admit how excited I was when my books arrived at the start of January for a class I'm taking. It's a sheltered immersion class, about how to help language learners develop their English skills while learning content. After completing this class, I plan to add an ELL endorsement to my teaching certificate.

Plowed

 

I'm pretty proud of myself for plowing my own driveway on Sunday morning. At Christmastime, Dad and Joel put the plow on the garden tractor and this was the first chance I got to try it out.
