We washed, chopped, bagged and froze 50 pounds of rhubarb this week.

Libby, Cyrus and I took a trip to the west side of the state and came home with coolers full of frozen cherries, blackberries and black and red raspberries. Libby will use some of the fruit for the filling for her hand pies that she sells at market.
