Bear burger

Libby made burgers from bear meat that someone had given us. They were good. So good that the next day Dad discovered that Brian had swiped the leftovers for his lunch.

    That sounds really interesting! Laura Ingalls used to love when her Pa shot a bear--she loved bear meat!

    Yummm...I don't think I have ever had bear meat but I will put it on my kitchen bucket list.
