Thrift store

Lauren is a thrift store shopper. While my aunt was in town last week, we girls descended upon the local Salvation Army Thrift Store and asked our sister-in-law-to-be to join us. Lauren is a serious shopper. She hauls piles of clothes from the racks to the dressing room and sorts through the pile, discarding most of the items. The outing was a success and we left the store with bags of skirts, jumpers and shirts.

  1. Hurrah for Lauren! We recently descended upon our local thrift store, after being disgusted with the immodest, ugly AND expensive offerings in tops at our retailers. Bianca came away with half a dozen very pretty, feminine-looking tops at amazing prices. She has vowed that this is her new favorite store!

By the way, Lauren has very pretty hair.:-)

  2. My mom and I try to do most of our shopping at the thrift shop. We have been very lucky finding stuff over at the Salvation Army Thrift Store in Midland.

  3. I did a blog post about this shopping trip, except mine was shorter. I got three skirts and one apron. I was happy. :)
