Raking leaves

Naomi and I tried one of my birthday gifts Saturday afternoon. Mom gave me a rake, a shovel and a snow shovel. We didn't need the snow shovel yet, but we did put the rake to use. I raked the leaves into piles and Naomi hauled them to a heap near the edge of the field.

(My staunchest admirers and severest critics object to all black and white November photos)

  1. gotta confess...there were times in Mexico the last few days when I decided I had to shoot in color...like when we encountered the alley painted bright orange. Guess Abba knew what he was doing when he painted the world in color. On the other hand...black and white allows the eye to appreciate all the wonderful elements of design he used in creation :)
